Spring Intensive Retreat
Tenasi Rama, Destino Das and the AUM crew invite you to join us at the Cathedral de Piedra in the Diamante Verde sanctuary in Costa Rica for a moon-cycle immersion into higher-limbs yoga, lovairian live foods, and the full spectrum of living yoga.

at the Diamante Verde Sanctuary, Costa Rica
This will be an intense moon of living the practice of the Art of Union. We will design a specific cleansing program for each participant depending on specific needs. We will deepen our practice of higher limbs yoga and qi gong with four hours of daily practice. We will deepen our bakti yoga with daily ragas, kirtan and overtone chanting. We will nourish ourselves with predominantly locally grown and wild-crafted vital foods, and we will serve daily by applying our permaculture wisdom for the creation of the Diamnate Verde healing sanctuary gardens and orchards.
The cost of Food is not included in the price for the Art of Union Spring Intensive. Food costs and making the weekly journey to town will be shared by the group.

Retreat Accomodations
Our home at the Tree of Life Sanctuary for this life changing retreat will be in the Cathedral de Piedra, a natural stone temple in the jungle, perched above the 600-foot Diamante waterfall overlooking the pacific ocean.
"The mere journey to this sacred cave, a two-hour hike (or horse ride) up through an ancient growth jungle often catalyzes profound transformation."
These sacred caves have held Christ Consciousness Energy through countless generations of indigenous shamans and modern day saints. And despite our rustic environment we will enjoy in the use of a fully equipped kitchen, royal sleeping accommodations in the cave, and a pair of hygienic flush toilets a short distance away provided by the Tree of Life staff.
