Receive a loan for infrastructure ($30,000)
Finish the san Salvador house (second story , bath, kitchen) by July 1st, 2005
Draft permaculture and community design, along with land management plan
Begin to rebuild the soil and return the land to its natural state of integrity
Build a nursery with a capacity of 5000 plants and trees
Install water systems
Draft and design simple living structures for interns
Create a budget for tools and machinery
Come to consensus on sustainable economics
Promote permaculture internships in the US and Europe

Finalize and implement co-op shares
Have land loans paid off with money from internship program , workshops and retreats
Use money from shares to pay off remaining debt and to purchase neighboring lands for community growth and development
