Job Description & Responsibilities:
Design and build next generation Netli Service and Product Lines; Utilize knowledge of system calls, system libraries, socket level programming, signals, and multi-threaded programming to design, develop, implement, and maintain enhancements to Netli Service and Product Lines; Write appropriate documentation, provide Quality Assurance guidelines, and help develop and implement unit test frameworks; Work with other team members to identify new enhancement requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and three years of progressive related experience.

Principal Engineer
Job Description:
You are a senior developer with exceptional architectural capabilities or a highly experienced network architect/administrator who has strong coding skills and an interest in development. You are familiar with network programming as well as network monitoring/management systems, and want to work at an innovative company where you can use these skills. You will architect, design and integrate a new NMS deployment. You will also create and deploy Netli's operations support tools.
Netli's network management toolset will leverage best-of-breed third-party components, but the unique nature of our network means that an unusually high amount of custom and/or open source code is appropriate. Netli's network is comprised of several hundred hosts in over 30 global locations. At Netli, you'll leverage your problem-solving capabilities, computer-science knowledge, and domain area expertise to help us deliver an innovative service platform that re-thinks the fundamental Internet protocol assumptions driving Internet performance. Responsibilities:
- Experience successfully implementing one or more large, customized Network Management Systems
- System and/or network administration experience (UNIX/Linux hosts)
- C or C++, Perl and shell development skills
- Working knowledge of web development technologies such as PHP with MySQL or ModPerl
- The intellectual aptitude for creating elegant solutions to complex programming challenges and the fortitude to follow through to complete such inventions
- Strong knowledge of all core Internet protocols
Nonessential but beneficial skills:
- Experience successfully implementing one or more large, customized Network Management Systems
- Specific experience with NetCool, NAGIOS or ProactiveNet as well as RDD knowledge
- Statistics background that related to NMS
- BS in Mathematics or related discipline

Enterprise Sales Executive
Netli is seeking to bring on a small group of stellar Enterprise Sales Executives.æ Candidates should be self-motivated, technically savvy, and have experience successfully closing business with Global 2000 companies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully navigating through complex selling cycle to the close of new business
- Working with prospects to develop tailored ROI analyses
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key people in customer organizations
- Tracking and recording sales activities. Accurately recording sales activities in our CRM application
- Travel to customer sites and tradeshows
- Assuring that customers are provided for and satisfied with technical application assistance
- Ability to sell to both technical and economic buyers
Requirements:
- Five or more years of over-quota achievement with high-tech sales, preferably involved with complex enterprise software deals
- Understanding of business processes and how technology is applied to create a financial benefit
- Understanding of a broad variety of Internet, networking, software, and hardware technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with our sales team, Netli technical personnel, and with external customers
- Excellent computer skills (knowledge of standard office applications and web-based reporting tools)
- The ability to have fun while working hard and motivating/influencing others in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Achievement orientation; strong commitment to provide top-rate service to internal and external customers
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline is preferred
