Netli's Solution Providers program is designed to leverage an existing service provider's infrastructure or technology and brand name and Netli's high-quality Application Delivery Network to deliver a single source, best-of-breed managed solution. From access service provides to carrier-neutral collocation facilities, Netli enters into strategic partnerships with leading solution providers that are market or technology leaders. Netli may completely embed its technology within the partner's service infrastructure or work with the provider to offer a co-branded service.

Solution Providers play an important role in Netli's sales strategy by increasing the reach of Netli's services and by working with partners to deliver greater value than either organization could offer alone. The program delivers the following benefits:
Increase top line revenue
Solution Providers will benefit from an ongoing revenue stream (that may flow through them) based on the business that is driven via the partnership. They will also take advantage of the opportunity to offer optimization services for high value Web applications and leverage the rapid adoption of Netli's services.
Provide more value with no significant development
As more and more Web applications are being "Webified", Web services are gaining in momentum, and organizations are working to consolidate their infrastructure to reduce costs, there is a greater need to improve the performance and availability of these applications. Solution Providers can leverage Netli's patent-pending technology to rapidly expand their service portfolio and get to market with a complementary solution with minimal development resources and risk.
Channel manager assigned
Netli is focused on the success of its partners and signing up a select group of Solution Providers who are market leaders. For this reason, Netli will assign a channel manager to each partner. The channel manager will be responsible for providing project management for any technology integration, acting as the point person between the two organizations, and providing ongoing support.
Marketing and sales support
In addition to providing a channel manager, Netli will train the partner's sales and support staff, provide co-marketing funds, and produce private labeled or co-branded marketing support materials. Netli will also offer access to the Netli Application Delivery Partner portal where the partner will find a wealth of information and resources.
