"SpiritDancing...the Dance of Tranceformation" is an embodied approach to healing and spiritual growth. A spiritual practice for activating and embodying our Divine Essence in the body temple. Dance is the the vehicle through which we connect with Spirit. It is a dynamic tool for healing and transformation. It quiets the mind, opens the heart, creates present moment awareness in the body, awakens creative power, cultivates spiritual energy, unleashes life force, raises vibrational frequency, activates the light body and balances, harmonizes and integrates the Mind,/Body/Spirit connection.

Dance has always been an important part of spiritual ceremonies & practices through the ages. SpiritDancing is one of the oldest paths leading us back home to the Source. It is a means of focusing and directing consciousness through physical movement. All of life involves movement, and movement becomes sacred when there is an inner force, a living Spirit directing it. To dance then, is to pray, to meditate and enter communion with Divine Dance of Life and Co-Creation.
