After a few days of adjusting to the remote wilderness setting, we will engage in a rigorous schedule of daily yoga, meditation, and empowerment practices, including a four day liver, gall-bladder and intestinal cleanse. Throughout the cleanse, daily sharing circles keeps us all in a lucid state of self-referral, through which our own issues are identified and harmoniously transformed. A sweat lodge ceremony will conclude our purification and be followed by a well-deserved spa day when we get the chance to sleep in late, give and receive massage and bodywork, give each other mud wraps and relax in any of the sacred pools.

Pilgrimage to the Sea

Following the cleanse, participants will have the opportunity to take part several empowerment ceremonies, go rapelling and cliff diving and prepare for the pilgrimage to the sea. In one long, glorious day, we will hike down from the Cathedral de Piedra to Nayacca waterfalls, have lunch at the Baru farm and continue hiking over the coastal ridge until we reach the ocean. It is hoped that all evolutionaries will participate in the pilgrimage, but horse and car assistance is available to assist those with physical challenges.

Once at the beach we will remain the last three nights at private bungalows in Playa Ballena (Whale Beach). After a day of rest, we will conclude our pilgrimage with a group swim out to the rock islands that form the outer reef of playa ballena. Several sea kayaks and row boats will be available for support and to carry people who do not feel comfortable swimming.

The last night of the retreat we will join together for a sharing / vision circle and through ceremony will set the intention to carry the energy of the retreat out into the world for the co-creative benefit of all sentient beings.

2nd Annual HOME Spring Equinox Music Festival

Immediately following the equinox retreat is the 2nd Annual HOME Spring Equinox Music Festival, which this year will be held at Finca Baru near Nayacca Falls. The details of the festival will be announced closer to the time of the equinox.

Retreat Accomodations

Our home at the Tree of Life Sanctuary for this life changing retreat will be in the Cathedral de Piedra, a natural stone temple in the jungle, perched above the 600-foot Diamante waterfall overlooking the pacific ocean.

These sacred caves have held Christ Consciousness Energy through countless generations of indigenous shamans and modern day saints. The rustic, wilderness environment connects visitors to the womb of the earth, while a fully equipped kitchen, mattresses on stone beds, and a pair of elegant composting toilets provide comfortable accomodations.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own sleep-sack (sewn sheet), a light blanket and a natural fiber mat.

		Tenasi Rama Founder and Co-creator of the Art of Union Founder of the Art of Union and the Church of AUM Former creator of Movement Energy and Transformation Program at the Cliff Spa at Snowbird, with a Masters of Science in Environmental Engineering, seven years teaching experience in higher limbs yoga, nutritional consultant, certified tropical permaculture designer, and author of "Out of Thick Jungle". He now leads a humble life of service through sharing mystery school teachings, leading retreats, thriving off newer and newer forms of sunlight energy, creating gardens and devoting his entire being to the re-creation of Heaven on Mother Earth (HOME).
		Andrea Shanti Mother and Co-creator of the Art of Union Certified Holistic Practitioner, Massage Therapist, Cyborganic firedelic elf goddess, owner and creator of Holistic Body Therapy.com, brings seven years teaching experience in massage, yoga, cooking, herbal medicine and shamanic studies. Andrea is a certified firewalk instructor thru Sundoor school of Transpersonal Education.

Shimshai Musician and ordained Essene Minister Drawing upon the compositions of his own heart and sacred songs of ancient, modern, and indigineous spiritual traditions, Shimshai invites all those present to join him on a musical journey of Spirit, moving between the depths of meditative praise and the heights of joyous rhythmic affirmation.
