      Many installations and evaluation programs can be time-intensive, but based on Netli's transparent implementation of its technology and focus on offering a "no hassle" installation process, a very minimal amount of time is required for a successful installation. This section provides detailed documents on how Netli conducts its installations and the process that Netli and you will most likely follow. (Please note that some partners may have their own pre-defined installation processes that have been pre-defined with Netli. If you are unsure, please login and review your partner specific guide.)

Installation overview
Netli will work with the partner to follow the installation process that is defined below. There are basically seven high level phases to complete a customer installation and Netli will work closely with the partner to ensure success. While some customers will request an evaluation trial period and others will go straight to production, the process remains basically identical.



The process begins when the partner submits an Installation request form to Netli. The partner can expect to receive communication from Netli throughout the process, As an example, communications will include but not be limited to: confirmation of an installation request, request for more information about a pending installation, confirmation of a customer's DNS change, and confirmation that the customer has begun to receive service.
