To the single mothers of our heart, "You deserve this." Andrea Shanti, Tenasi Rama, Om Kar Ananda and the AUM crew invite you and your divine child(ren), ages 5 to 12, to release all your responsibilities, extinguish all of your fears, and step through the illusion for a 12 day live-foods, cleansing and empowerment retreat at the Diamante Verde Healing Sanctuary. And don't worry, while you are immersed in your bliss, "Leave your kids to us!" They will be on their own special adventure.

Diamante Verde Healing Sanctuary, Costa Rica

Dearest Mothers, you and your child(ren) are jewels of the lotus flower unfolding, and this is your opportunity to blossom. From the moment you arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica you will be greeted by the AUM Crew and be able to release all of your worldly concerns. We will hold our first circle and spend our first night in the regal Hotel Posada Canal Grande outside San Jose.

With a private bus, we will all journey south together to the Diamante Verde Healing Sanctuary where our empowerment and cleansing adventure begins. Before sinking into the womb of our earthly mother, and being cleansed by her healing waters, we will exor-cise our fears in a two-hour horse-assisted hike up to the Cathedral de Piedra.

After a few days of adjusting to the remote wilderness setting, we will engage in a rigorous schedule of daily yoga, meditation, and empowerment practices, including a four day liver, gall-bladder cleanse. A sweat lodge ceremony will conclude our purification and be followed by a well-deserved spa day when we get the chance to sleep in late, give and receive massage and bodywork, give each other mud wraps and relax in any of the sacred pools.

Meanwhile the children will be led onto daily journeys to the seven sacred pools of Diamante Verde, where they will enjoy swimming, cliff jumping, tree climbing, rapelling and wildlife viewing. Throughout the retreat, the children will also be creating a group art project and theatrical performance to share their jungle mythos with the mothers at the end of the retreat.

With our bodies cleansed, our hearts healed, and our minds focused, we will all (mothers and kids) make a pilgrimage down to the spectacular Nayacca Falls in the San Salvador valley. We will then return to the Cathedral de Piedra for a final day of ceremony and heart sharing, before taking the private bus back to San Jose for one last night in the comforts of the Hotel Pasada Canal Grande.

Our home at the Diamante Verde Sanctuary for this life changing retreat will be in the Cathedral de Piedra, a natural stone temple in the jungle, perched above the 600-foot Diamante waterfall overlooking the pacific ocean.

These sacred cliff dwellings have held Christ Consciousness Energy through countless generations of indigenous shamans and modern day saints. The wilderness environment connects visitors to the womb of the earth, while a fully equipped kitchen, rustic sleeping accommodations, and a pair of composting toilets provide comfortable accomodations.

		Tenasi Rama Founder of the Art of Union and the Church of AUM Former creator of Movement Energy and Transformation Program at the Cliff Spa at Snowbird, with a Masters of Science in Environmental Engineering, seven years teaching experience in higher limbs yoga, nutritional consultant, certified tropical permaculture designer, and author of "Out of Thick Jungle".
