24-hour MedCall Nurse Line

Often, employees simply don't have the information available to help them make responsible and informed decisions about health care. That's why we developed MedCall. Designed to empower employees to help seek medical information from professional sources and make appropriate health care choices, it is an optional service that provides a toll-free connection to a Registered Nurse or audio library 24 hours a day.

When employees call MedCall and request information from the RN, they will be asked a series of questions designed to help evaluate the situation. The nurse then offers various courses of action and helps employees decide how to proceed. All conversations are strictly confidential.

Employees may also receive confidential information from the MedCall Audio Tape Library, which contains practical self-care and prevention information on hundreds of health care topics.
