NETLI LAUNCHES PARTNER PROGRAM TO EXPAND REACH OF APPLICATION DELIVERY NETWORK SERVICE
Partners can now Leverage Netli's Breakthrough Service to Deliver Global Sub-second Response Times to Web Applications
Palo Alto, California - July 23, 2003 - Netli, the first company to offer a complete Application Delivery Network (ADN) service, today announced the Netli Application Delivery Partner Program, a comprehensive channel initiative to expand the availability of Netli's NetLightning™ service. Netli channel partners can now leverage the NetLightning service to provide enterprises around the world with transparent global sub-second response times, high availability and secure access to their Web applications. Concurrently, Netli announced that Internet Initiative Japan Inc. The channel program is designed for partners whose core competencies and product and services are complementary to Netli's NetLightning Application Delivery Network service. Together, Netli and its partners enable the delivery of global sub-second response times for Web applications anywhere in the world. The program offers Netli's partners the opportunity to market and sell Netli's NetLightning service and gain access to cooperative sales and marketing efforts, technical support and training benefits.

- Netli Agents recommend Netli's solutions to existing customers and jointly explore qualified leads
